The TruCheck 2D USB DPM barcode verifier is specially designed with 9 different lighting options to implement the AIM-DPM-2006 (ISO/IEC TR29158) method for direct part mark verification as required by US DOD MIL-STD-130N as well as many FDA UDI applications. Choose from bright field or dark field from any side to adapt to the surface texture of laser etched and/or dot peen marks. This unit is incredibly versatile and will also verify ordinary labels according to ISO 15415.

Details
With its integrated illumination, and compact size, it is easy to move the unit to where it is needed: on a label, or even on an object. The design ensures that the image is calibrated and in focus. Webscan’s broader product line incorporates these hand-held and other fixed mount versions. Choose whichever version is right for you, without compromising ease-of-use or accuracy.

Software
The TruCheck software works with all of our computer based verifiers and provides an easy to use interface to the verification hardware. Comprehensive diagnostic information that goes way beyond simply indicating the barcode grade informs users of quality problems and gives you the visibility into any quality problems that need attention.

The software analyzes every module for printing defects and highlights any problem areas in the barcode. The data content is also analyzed and checked for data formatting errors to make sure your codes met industry standards.

The individual data fields of a symbol can be easily recognized and checked since they are neatly parsed out of the long string of characters in some 2D symbols and identified for easy reading.

Reports can be customized, printed, and saved as a PDF, or you can even export your data directly into Excel with the TruCheck software. There are many additional features within the software that will assist you in perfecting your symbols. From software to hardware, Webscan designs reliable tools that will make your job easier.
